Fed up of the same old discussions about work, our ailments, politics and the state of our world. This relaxed and often humorous session can be anything from interesting to mind opening enlightenment. It's a journey and the destination is your choice.
"My Friends Session" can be carried out in a space of your choosing, for instance in your own home or in fact any space that you feel comfortable in. I want to help people break the normal routine, find balance, learn some methods that can help us to reflect, find a big picture view of our world and a positive way forward.

- Mindfulness - We are not alone. Being aware of others and the natural world
- The Big Picture - What is a good recipe or mindset for moving forward with positive purpose
- Story telling and humor - Laughter is medicine and should be taken everyday 🙂 DOSAGE (as often as possible)
