Many business partners, friends and family are confronted with negativity at work and I am always interested in hearing their stories. There is often talk about not being appreciated or understood, and this of course automatically leads to frustration and demotivation.
If we now take a moment to understand the impact on the employee and their emotional status and the impact on their family, friends and colleagues, we begin to see that the consequences are far-reaching.

Lack of commitment, negative communication behaviour or even burn-out could be the consequences.

Of course there is another way!

Creating a positive working atmosphere has such immense power and can change the energy of a company and the way it is perceived by its employees and customers.
